All The Names

A Memorial to Three Hundred out of the uncounted and mostly unknown species lost due to human actions since the start of the Anthropocene. 

Although extinction is a natural phenomenon occurring at a natural “background” rate of about one to five species per year we are now losing species at 1,000 to 10,000 times the background rate. Meaning between 2.7 and 136 species are lost completely every day.
